Offer Weekend: Rent with two overnight stays from € 200 to € 480 depending on the kind of the apartment and the sea 

Prices include:
Bed linen with weekly change 
Bath and kitchen linen with two weekly changes 
Use swimming pool ( from May to September ) with beach umbrellas, deckchairs and bath towels 
Electrical energy, drinking water, warm water 
Mountain bikes for hire 
Vegetable garden products depending on the availability 

Common outside areas : garden, games area, private parking rivato

Note: In Winter there are extra expenses for the heating for € 8,00 per day


Booking and Payment conditions: at the booking confirmation we require 25% of the total amount of the stay on account. The rest has to be payed at the arrival. The payments can be done through bank transfer to these bank details

Booking cancellation: if the cancellation is by 30 days on arrival, we recoup 50% of the payed account , for less than 30 days we recoup the whole amount.
Deposit: on arrival a deposit of € 200,00 must be payed and it will be returned at the end of the stay , except of damage
